Star Trek Starships Die Cast Collection is a British magazine published by Fanhome from 6 November 2024. Each monthly issue contains a starship model and an accompanying magazine. The magazine was launched in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Netherlands and United States of America. The same collection is licensed to Altaya for release in France, whereas Grupo Planeta-DeAgostini is for Spain. There are standard and XL issues where the models are concerned.
Fanhome previously took over the Build the USS Enterprise-D collection from Eaglemoss.
On 26 February 2026, Fanhome announced an expansion of the line with 10 additional models from several Star Trek series, including Star Trek: Starfleet Academy.
On 12 March 2026, Fanhome announced on Instagram the collection would run for 33 issues in total.[1]
UK issues[]
Fanhome's second Star Trek collection releases monthly from November 2024. It is slated to run for 20 issues, with every fourth issue being an XL model. Subscribers receive gifts, including an additional model with the 20th shipment. Standard size ranges from 15 to 25 centimeter length, XLs are up to 30cm long. The die-cast models were based on the VFX files used on Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Star Trek: Lower Decks and Star Trek: Prodigy.
Issue changes[]
- The box and magazine of issue 013 are labelled USS Edison (NCC-95160) but the Edison-class model is the USS Harlan (NCC-52277).
- Originally, issue 015 was the Duderstadt-class USS Trumbull (NCC-72370). The Duderstadt was instead represented by the USS Intrepid (NCC-79520) in issue 014. The Obena-class USS Archimedes (NCC-83002) was moved from issue 014 to #015.
- Issue 017: USS Credence replaces USS Gagarin.
- Issue 018: USS Drexler replaces USS Gregory Jein.
- Issue 019: USS Armstrong replaces USS Drexler.
- Issue 020: USS Dresselhaus replaces USS Aledo.
- Additional issues 021 to 032 announced.
