History

At some point in the 20th century, Gary Seven, Isis and Roberta Lincoln averted the assassination of Chairman Mao while he visited the Great Wall of China. (TOS novel: Assignment: Eternity)

According to Khan Noonien Singh, in September 1992 Augment Dictator Verity Cheng annexed China into the East Asian Union. By 1996, China was part of the Pan-Asian Resistance, which had overthrown Cheng. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")
