Stormfall was the 26th "season" update to STO video game: Star Trek Online, released for PC on 10 May 2022. Stormfall follows two previous season updates, Reflections from 14 September 2021 and Shadow's Advance from 25 January 2022, and continues the storyline based around the machinations of the mysterious Emperor of the Terran Empire.

Noah Averbach-Katz joins the game's voice cast and is introduced as the Andorian character Rae'Yeet.

This release was followed by Ascension, the 27th season, on 13 September 2022.

• "Enter the Storm", written by Systems Designer Joe Herlacher and published by Mike "AmbassadorKael" Fatum on 3 May 2022, introduces the new season and elaborates on even re-runs and names the new missions.
• "Class of 2409, Report for Duty!", written by Senior Game Designer Jesse Heinig and published by Mike Fatum on 6 May 2022, elaborates on the revamp of the Tutorial, set in the year 2409. The Klingon War element is removed in favor of a Borg focus, and Kate Mulgrew provides voice over for Vice Admiral Kathryn Janeway.
• "The Legendary Starfleet Captain's Bundle", written by Senior Systems Designer Jeremy Randall and published by Fatum on 19 May 2022, provides stats for the recently introduced NPC - and upcoming playable - Caelian-class ship class and the legendary starship version of the Vesta-class line of multi-mission science vessels.
• "Risa, Where All Your Dreams Come True!", written by community rep Mike Fatum and published on 27 June 2022, introduces the new rewards for the annual Lohlunat Festival summer event on Risa. The playable vessel is the Cnidarian defender. This year's theme is the Andorian Blue Bores baseball team. Features include the Blue Bores home and away baseball uniforms, the Andorian Blue Bores vanity shield and two Andorian-themed pets, the Andorian caracal and the Andorian tribble.

• "The Federation Responder Bundle!", published 14 July 2022, lists the contents of the Federation Responder Bundle and links to the Bozeman-class heavy intel frigate, Cabot-class command light escort and Nobel-class miracle worker research science vessel.
• "Cabot Command Light Escort!", is a subpage of "The Federation Responder Bundle!" and provides the stats of the Cabot-class commannd light ecort, represented by the USS Cabot (NCC-91480), and USS Shran (NCC-1413) Fleet Magee-class command light escort.
