Pia Guerra is a New Jersey-born RPG artist who lives in Canada. She created illustrations for five Last Unicorn Games TNG roleplay modules in the late 1990s decade.

Outside of Star Trek, she is an Eisner Award-winning artist known for penciling Spider-Man Unlimited from Marvel Comics as well as co-creating and penciling Y: The Last Man from DC Comics. She also worked on a Doctor Who miniseries from IDW Publishing that was collected in a Titan Books omnibus. More recently, she has created editorial cartoons for The New Yorker and The Washington Post.
