Eric Burns is an RPG writer. He co-authored a Decipher RPG module in the 2000s decade.

Outside of Star Trek, he is a Golden ENnie award-winning game developer. He is known for writing the webcomics Websnark and Gossamer Commons. He wrote Superiors 4: Rogues to Riches for the In Nomine RPG by Steve Jackson Games, Sidewinder: Wild West Adventures for Citizen Games, and Champions in 3-D for Hero Games in the early 2000s. He also contributed to Pyramid magazine.
