In the 1950s and 1960s, Project Blue Book was based out of Dayton, Ohio's Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. (TOS novel: From History's Shadow)

In 1963, a Vulcan survey probe crashed near Lima, Ohio and was brought to the Air Force base for analysis. On 26 September, two Certoss sneaked into the base, killed Aegis agent Ian Pendleton, and self destructed the probe. (TOS novel: From History's Shadow)

In 1971, Roberta Lincoln's parents lived in Ohio. She visited them over Thanksgiving weekend. Gary Seven's Beta 5 computer lamented being used for such limited uses as calling Ohio. (TOS - New Visions comic: "1971/4860.2")

In 2340, Starfleet officer Reginald Barclay was born in Ohio, in Cleveland. (ST video game: Starship Creator)

In 2368, Worf simulated a summer day in Ohio on the holodeck for Turrok, with the population replaced with Klingons incongruously playing softball, throwing Frisbees, and having picnics. (TNG novel: War Drums)

Alternate realities
