The USS Mobius was a Federation starship, a Wells-class timeship in Starfleet service in the 29th century.

Service history and disposition

In the 2800s, Admiral Jenishan zh'Crivash was the head of Starfleet's Temporal Activities Division. In that century, zh'Crivash took the unusual step to leave her office on Earth and travel to the Typhon Expanse aboard the USS Tempus. The Tempus was accompanied by its sister ships Mobius, Crichton and Haddix.

While aboard the Tempus, the admiral transmitted an emergency retrieval signal to the USS Relativity, on an assignment to study a Class-B temporal incursion in the 13th century. (ST - Coda novel: Moments Asunder)

Mirror universe

In the mirror universe, the ISS Mobius was a sister ship of the ISS Wells, with whom it shared its registry number NCV-574332-K, with a "-K" suffix that implied they were the 12th ships to bear their respective names. (STO - New Dawn mission: "Counterpoint")
