Century Bar, Galactic North's and The Absolution were located in a line from the port to the waterfront.

In the year 2273, Hikaru Sulu met a group of bar-hoppers on shore leave who had stopped by The Absolution. Sulu was familiar with all three bars and correctly guessed the order in which the group visited them. (TOS eBook: Shadow of the Machine)
