According to the memories of Korenna Mirell, Peshar was an Enaran man who lived in the 23rd or 24th century.
Biography
Peshar was among those members of the Regressives who were supposedly relocated away from the planet Enara Prime. His ID was scanned by Korenna as his name was called off the roster by Jareth, right before the name of Dathan Alaris was called. The events of that day could not be corroborated after Korenna telepathically transmitted the memory to B'Elanna Torres, but all indications were that Peshar and all the Regressives were exterminated under the guise of the false relocation.
