In the late 23rd century, longbows were purchasable for 60 credits in the Federation, sometimes as collectibles. (FASA RPG module: Trader Captains and Merchant Princes)

Starfleet Intelligence Commander Ann Bottoms at Starbase 23 and Commander Lincoln Galle of the USS Sparon had basic training in longbow marksmanship. (FASA RPG modules: Star Fleet Intelligence Manual, Old Soldiers Never Die)

Literature

In William Shakespeare's Henry V, the king's secret weapon was his team of longbowmen. James T. Kirk pointed that out, along with Henry being able to mobilize a large army, when Arne Johannsen quoted from the play regarding their colony's strengths on Timshel. (TOS novel: The Joy Machine)

Simulations

In the holonovel The Skull and the Sword, Cadmon Druce and Gorlag carried longbows, generally with a set of 20 arrows. (Last Unicorn RPG module: The Skull and the Sword)
