Biography
By the year 2370, Kociemba held the rank of lieutenant and was a transporter operator on the Federation starship Enterprise-D. Kociemba ran the controls when dancer Tirra zh'Undissa was beamed aboard at Andor as part of a cultural delegation. (TNG novel: Shadows Have Offended)
