Cascade was a 21st century Human journalism communication, a "podcast" as referred to at that time in the 2020s decade.

History and specifics

Cascade was a 12-episode podcast of the "true crime" genre produced by Melinda Silver and Dennis Berry in the year 2023. As Silver investigated the disappearance of Eleanor during her honeymoon at Niagara Falls, the podcast went viral, reaching more than 250,000 subscribers. Eleanor had staged her death and ended up as a Coney Island performer.

Following the success of the show, Silver and Berry launched a new series, Cetacean, about the unsolved disappearance of Gillian Taylor in 1986. (TOS novel: Lost to Eternity)
