Captain Weiss was an United Earth Starfleet officer during the Earth-Romulan War.
History
In 2156, Weiss was the commanding officer of the Atlantis (NX-05) when it launched. About four months after the launch, Weiss was forced to destroy Atlantis when it was incapacitated by Romulan forces invading Tau Ceti IV. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
