Sharaba was a 23rd century Oordon native man.
History
As a boy, Sharaba was considered part of Uzina's family. By the 23rd century, Sharaba had risen to become the High Priest who guarded Nooaja, a holy cavern.
In 2266, an earthquake shifted elements in the cave. Sharaba inspected the damage, only to discover days later that he seemed to be growing younger and also losing memory and knowledge. 20 days after the quake, his 20-year-old dog had de-aged into a puppy and vanished. 50 days after the quake, he reported the incidents to Uzina, now their Emperor, but because he'd regressed so much in age he felt he had to prove his own identity.
The incidents were chronicled in the Book of Nooaja, which would help the inhabitants retain a memory of the crisis they faced. (TOS comic: "World Against Time")
