In the 2410s decade, officers of Khitomer Alliance member states could deploy sensor analysis from starship types with sufficiently advanced sensor arrays. Sensor analysis was a built-in feature for science vessel classes like multi-mission science vessels, science destroyers, science dreadnoughts and science spearheads, as well as scout ships. Sensor analysis was available on Federation Starfleet starships as early as 2256. (STO - Tutorial mission: "Reporting In")
