Resurrection is an episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. It was written by Michael Taylor^MA and directed by LeVar Burton.

The mirror universe Bareil arrives on Deep Space 9 and Kira finds herself falling in love with him.

Summary

In Ops on Deep Space 9, a man transports into Ops and Major Kira is stunned to see that it is Bareil. This Bareil, from the alternate universe, takes Kira hostage and attempts to escape, but Kira is able to overpower him. Kira has Bareil released from a holding cell, but Captain Sisko warns her that meeting with people from the alternate universe is confusing.

Bareil expresses an interest in attending religious services and Kira and him grow close, but Bareil has a secret: he has been sent by Intendant Kira to steal an orb. Quark warns Kira of his suspicion that Bareil is planning a theft, so Kira confronts Bareil and the Intendant in the Bajoran shrine. Bareil stuns the Intendant with a phaser and transports them both back to the alternate universe.
