Ensign Raymond was a male Human in the 24th century, a Starfleet officer who served aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D in the mid-2360s.

During the mission to the Tri-Betaline star system in 2364, Raymond brought a cup of tea to Captain Jean-Luc Picard on the bridge. (TNG comic: "... Where No One Has Gone Before!")
