Prometheus Station was a Federation space station located in the solar system. It was originally completely automated, but by 2357, the defense system and detection devices were outdated, and was regarded as a historical landmark.

During his time at Starfleet Academy, Worf visited the station in 2357 in a holo simulation, along with Zak Kebron, Mark McHenry, Simon Rozhenko, Soleta, Briggs, and Tania Tobias under the command of Commander Clark for maintenance duties. (TNG - Starfleet Academy novel: Worf's First Adventure)
