Program 359 is a 1994 Star Trek: Deep Space Nine comic by Colin Clayton & Chris Dows.
Sisko creates a holographic program about the Battle of Wolf 359, worrying Dax and Bashir.
Summary
Bashir and Dax are talking outside a holosuite, when the doors open and Commander Sisko exits the room. Sisko is in a good mood and tells Jadzia everything is fine when she asks him. When Sisko is out of earshot, Dax asks Bashir for his opinion. Dax had previously expressed concern for Sisko's long use of the holosuite, use for so long that he always looked drained and tired when Dax saw him. Bashir comments that Sisko's good mood seems to make her concern now moot. Bashir notices that Sisko has not erased the program and uses a medical command program to access the holosuite.
When Bashir and Dax enter the holosuite, they find themselves in a recreation of the Saratoga when it fought the Borg at Wolf 359. However, Sisko is in command. Sisko is trying different ways to try to stop the Borg cube, but none are successful. Suddenly, the real Sisko enters the holosuite, and demands to know why Bashir has invaded his privacy. Jadzia steps in and comments to Sisko that they were worried about him; this program seems to be allowing Sisko to stay in the past and for no reason. The past cannot be changed.
Sisko has come to a realization by using the program that has given him peace of mind: with every new tactic he tries in the program, the Borg still win and his wife Jennifer dies. Neither he or anyone else in Starfleet could have stopped the Borg. Sisko erases the program.

Background
- This story was the third of the issue, with the other two being "Field Trip" and "Pickpocket".
- Program 359 was reprinted in 1994 by Boxtree and in 2018 by IDW/Eaglemoss.
- In the course of Sisko's holoprogram, he issues orders to many other ships with familiar names. While the simulation depicts a recreation of the Battle of Wolf 359, nearly all of the ships named are known to have existed at the time but also to have survived the battle. It could be inferred that his alterations of the scenario included alternate fleet makeups, thus explaining why he was issuing orders to ships that may not have been involved in the original battle.
