Mulla was an Ingavi man who lived in the 24th century and the uncle of Kel.
Biography
Mulla was the tan of his family on Sindorin by the later part of the century, in the 2370s decade.
In the year 2373, Mulla rescued Ro Laren after a mudslide killed two other Maquis members she was with. In 2376, Ro met with Mulla again when investigating Ethan Locken. By this time, Mulla was elderly and had become blinded by cataracts. (DS9 - S31 novel: Abyss)
