Mexho was a male Euxhana Chionian who was a member of the Free Euxhana movement that sought to secure the independence their people were denied on the planet Xhio, exhibiting his fierce sentiments for their ideals. He was also a citizen of the United Federation of Planets, having relocated from his homeworld to assume residence in San Francisco on Earth alongside various other migrants from his race.

Biography

A Chionian male that hailed from the planet Xhio, Mexho belonged to the Euxhana, a nomadic subculture of his species that were native to the local mountain ranges, but adhered to cultural norms that differed from those belonging to the mainstream branch of the alleged "Family of Xhio". These differences caused Mexho and others from his kind to suffer persecution from the planetary government that their orthodox counterparts dominated, which administrated forceful methods to reintegrate and 'civilise' them, drawing resentment from those who refused to abandon their rightful heritage.
