The Luss were a humanoid race that had established contact with the United Federation of Planets by the late 24th century.
History and specifics
Prior to the late 2360s decade, the Luss homeworld was the victim of repeated assaults by their Sindareen neighbors. In the year 2368, the Sindareen began to sue for peace with the Luss and invited representatives from the planet to peace talks aboard the USS Enterprise-D, in orbit of Sindar.
