Lockridge was a 23rd century Human man who served as communications officer of the civilian cargo ship Alisa under the command of Captain Linn Yland.
Biography
In the 2280s, Alisa ferried a shipment of titanite ore from Wall to the Oregon Trail at Freeloader. Before launch, Lockridge and Olvar Tarrelsen conspired to get Jaan Holona, their youngest member of the crew, a chance to be on the bridge. Lockridge warned Holona to stand in a corner and not to draw attention from the captain. Lockridge spoke with Wall's Port Control to gain departure clearance.
The last time he visited Freeloader, Lockridge hooked up with women who unknowingly turned out to be the portmaster's daughters, an escapade that drew unwanted attention to the ship. When Alisa arrived three days ahead of Oregon Trail, creating an opportunity for shore leave, Yland warned him to show some restraint at the port this time, so instead he gave Holona a guided tour of Freeloader.
