Kudesh was a Cardassian gul and politician.
Biography
In addition to his military career, which included victory at the Battle of Regannin, Kudesh became involved in politics as well. When the Goran Tokar’s nominated heir Kag Duzek died in 2371, this triggered political turmoil on Cardassia as several individuals began campaigning to become the Goran Tokar's heir. Kudesh’s chances were scuppered when one of his ships was lost. (DS9 novel: Valhalla)
