Kizon was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century. He was married to Tarrant.

In 2375, Kizon was secretly evacuated from Cardassia aboard a Lurian freighter by Thrax Sa'kat's underground railroad. Kizon was killed when the freighter was destroyed. Tarrant sacrificed her life to save thirteen children on board by making sure their oxygen supply remained enough for them to survive. All thirteen of the children were rescued by the USS Defiant.
