Joseph Two Rivers was a 23rd century Human man, of Native American descent. He was a career officer in Starfleet with the rank of lieutenant and a medical doctor who served aboard the Federation starship USS Yorktown in the 2260s under the command of Captain Evan Foster.
Biography
Two Rivers highly valued his Chippewa heritage and embraced tribal rituals while treating patients. He had a calming manner and spoke slowly. Excelling in general medicine, he was particularly adept at treating combat trauma. He was broad-chested and tall. He was also an expert in exobiology.
He graduated from medical school prior to joining Starfleet. He became CMO for the first time when transferring to the Yorktown. Ship's personnel confided in him based partly on his holistic medical techniques.
In the year 2269, Two Rivers served aboard Yorktown during the ship's exploration of the Sicondor Sector and visit to the Sicon system. (LUG RPG module: TOS Core Game Book)
