Captain Jason Lambert was a 22nd century Starfleet officer.
History
By 2161 he reached the rank of captain and commanded the Intrepid (NX-07)
Not long after the end of the Earth-Romulan War Captain Lambert supervised Intrepid's hull repair. He spotted a nearby flare, what turned out to be Romulan mines. He went inside to report to Starfleet Command, and while he spoke with Admiral Sean Collins he and his entire crew died, and the Intrepid disappeared for 200 years.
