Once again, Reginald Barclay and Starfleet Command succeed in contacting Voyager, this time sending a hologram of Reg Barclay aboard the ship. Furthermore, the Barclay hologram promises that they may have found a way to return Voyager to the Alpha Quadrant - in less than 72 hours.
