Fraddock was a dour alien, a space officer in the 22nd century who was a transport ship captain in the 2150s decade.

Biography

In September of the year 2151, Fraddock brought a group of "spiritually minded" people on a pilgrimage to the Great Plume of Agasoria. His transport vessel was joined by the Enterprise for the duration of the pilgrimage. (ENT episode: "Cold Front")
