FirstGen Zero-One was a member of the race of sentient mechanical beings known as the Sentries. Zero-One was the first Sentry to be completed and not immediately destroyed by the creators. FirstGen Zero-One was eventually lost in slip-space, never to reappear. (TTN novel: Synthesis)
