The Farn were a civilization native to the Farn system in the galaxy's Delta Quadrant.

In the 24th century, the Farn warred with the Parein, leaving both species vulnerable to the Borg. They assimilated more than 98% of the Farn population and the homeworld was abandoned. (STO - Delta Quadrant mission: "Better with Friends")

In 2368, a number of Farn drones were liberated from the Borg Collective on Riley's Planet, where they began fighting the freed Parein drones. In 2373, thanks to the assistance of Commander Chakotay of the USS Voyager, these drones were linked to the Borg Cooperative and the conflict ceased. (VOY episode: "Unity")
