Biography
During the Occupation of Bajor, Gul Fanto was a sub-prefect. A ravine near Sakelo City was named Fanto's Rip, as it was rumored that Fanto ordered the bodies of Bajoran slaves dumped in the ravine. (DS9 novel: Stowaways)
