Eva's Kitchen was a 1950s decade coffee shop in Harlem in New York City that was owned by Eva Jackson.

History and specifics

Cassie worked as a waitress there.

The coffee shop was located on the corner of Lenox Avenue and 135th Street. It first opened in the 1920s. (DS9 novelization: Far Beyond the Stars)

Among Eva's Kitchen's regulars were Benny Russell, Willie Hawkins, and Jimmy. In 1953, Cassie talked to Mrs. Jackson about the possibility of buying the coffee shop from her in a few years when Jackson retired. (DS9 episode: "Far Beyond the Stars")
