Delo was a Kujalan man and a soldier in Kujal's military in the late 23rd century under General Kwy. Like all members of his race at that time, he was less than a foot in height.

In 2266, Delo and Imarta were sent by Kwy to the USS Enterprise to sabotage the mission to study Kujal's star, as he believed the crew was secretly planning to enslave his people. They shot at Dr. McCoy, but hit a ventilation hose instead and were captured. (TOS comic: "Dwarf Planet")
