DECA Games is a subsidiary company of Embracer Group. In 2024, ownership of the Star Trek video game Star Trek Online transitioned from Cryptic Studios to DECA. Cryptic Studios was absorbed into, and dissolved by Embracer as part of the transition. The transition completed in 2025.
