The Combat Testing Center was a unique facility present on the Klingon homeworld, Qo'noS.

Within the center, new weapon technology was developed and tested for later use by the Klingon Empire. Due to its importance, the center was equipped with its own weaponry allowing it to resist any invaders that would attempt to attack it. (TNG video game: Birth of the Federation)
